Quick Tip #4 Call-Send-Call Coach your hostess on this "tried and true" method of inviting guests to her party. Make initial contact with guests over the phone and in person, send reminders to all who said "yes" and "maybe" about attending and finally, make a reminder call 24 hours prior to the party.
