Quick Tip #1  W.I.I.F.M. This is the radio station everyone listens to, "What's In It For Me?". Help your team members focus on THEIR goals. If you can coach a hostess, you can coach a team member, it's the SAME JOB!

Quick Tip #2  The first 30-90 days. This is the most important time in a new team member's business. Be in touch regularly to answer questions, praise and encourage!

Quick Tip #3  Recognition!  A quick phone call or a note, a fast email or a quick note jotted on a post card means the world to your team member! Recognition at team meetings in front of peers is also key. Whether large or small, acknowledge her accomplishments.

Quick Tip #4  Indirects or Directs, all are equal on your team. Treat all of your team members equally, whether you recruited them or someone else did. They are still a part of your business "family".

Quick Tip #5 Believe in them before they believe in themselves.

Quick Tip #6 Bless and release. The realities of this business is that some people take off and are very successful, some dabble and some do nothing at all. Your job is to provide the same support and encouragement in the beginning; but for some, you will just need to "bless and release".
